Leandra Branch is the founder of KB&CO, a gym where strength meets community. As one of the few SFG II instructors on Colorado’s Front Range, her expertise in Physical Therapy and Integrative Physiology helps students build resilience and transform their bodies. Known for her sharp coaching and fiery motivation, Leandra is a legend in the kettlebell world, reshaping how strength looks and feels.

Ben is the creative force behind KB&CO’s standout design and energetic workouts. From eye-catching t-shirts to inventive workouts, his creativity shapes the gym’s vibe. A skilled mover with freakish coordination, Ben’s high-energy coaching and signature smooth flows keep classes fresh, fun, and challenging. Every "BenHow sesh" blends movement, rhythm, and motivation to push students forward.

Dixie Roberts has been swinging kettlebells for nearly a decade, starting at Mark Fisher Fitness and joining KB&CO in 2018. Known for her strong technique and passion for inclusivity, she believes kettlebells are for everyone, regardless of body type. Outside of fitness, Dixie is a professional opera singer and a busy mom to her son, Jack. She’s also dedicated to fostering community and accessibility in the fitness world.

Eliot’s kettlebell journey began during the pandemic with KB&CO via Zoom and has since evolved into becoming a certified SFG instructor. Known for his focus on proper form, he leads by example, teaching through movement and keeping energy high with great music. Outside of coaching, Eliot enjoys traveling, music festivals, exploring new food spots, and supporting local breweries, all while staying connected to his community.

At KB&CO, our cheer squad includes two furry mascots with plenty of personality. Mr. Baloo, the wise and selective Kettlebell pup, loves lounging in his spot, doling out greetings only to his favorites. Miss Mona Bean, the cuddle expert, showers you with love and kisses—though her listening skills could use some work. She’s the gym’s sweetheart, even if she doesn’t make appearances as often as she’d like.

Harlan joined the crew in 2019 and was practically born with a kettlebell in hand. With his own set, he regularly wows the squad with his squats, planks, and "swings." Goofy, silly, and loving, Harlan brings endless energy and joy to the gym, always sharing his big smile and offering high-fives to everyone. He takes his role as Mini Mascot seriously and adores his gym friends, brightening the space with his playful spirit.
